A BIT ABOUT ME: Hi, I am Clare, a virtual assistant (VA) from Manchester, I live with my husband, two children and our yorkie - so usually running around after one of them! I have a wealth of experience working in various sectors over the last twenty years - from hospitality to insurance and education. I also love to travel and 'making memories' through new experiences.

I have always been organised and completed the tasks that others find overwhelming or unable to find the time to complete. Most people put these "to-dos" at the bottom of their long list, I put them at the top. I decided to start CTVA to work with busy professionals and business owners to help them with their valuable time and to find a better work life balance - I understand how important this is!
